Delivery policy

We plan to deliver across Korea using parcel couriers. Available regions, final delivery charges and estimated arrival dates will be shown or confirmed before an order is accepted.

Fresh and frozen goods

Temperature-sensitive goods will be packed with suitable insulation and coolant. Weather, remote locations and courier conditions may affect delivery time.

Returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unacceptable condition. Keep the product and packaging and provide order details and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

• Change-of-mind returns may be limited for fresh, frozen, opened or perishable food.
• If the seller is responsible for a wrong or defective item, the seller will cover the appropriate return cost.
• Return instructions and any applicable cost will be confirmed before collection.

The current website does not accept online orders or payments. If you contact us, we use the information you provide only to answer your enquiry and provide requested customer service.
