Delivery policy

Orders are delivered across Korea by Logen Logistics. Delivery is ₩4,000 for orders below ₩100,000 and free for orders of ₩100,000 or more. Extra charges or restrictions may apply to remote or island areas.

Fresh and frozen goods

Fresh and frozen goods are packed with suitable insulation and coolant. Delivery time and product condition can be affected by weather, remote locations and courier conditions; contact us promptly if there is a problem.

Returns and refunds

Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or in an unacceptable condition. Keep the product and packaging and provide order details and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

• Change-of-mind returns may be limited for fresh, frozen, opened or perishable food.
• If the seller is responsible for a wrong or defective item, the seller will cover the appropriate return cost.
• Return instructions and any applicable cost will be confirmed before collection.

Privacy policy

We collect the information needed to receive, confirm, deliver and support your order request. We do not collect bank-account or card details through this website.

• Information collected: name, phone number, delivery address, ordered products and optional notes.
• Purpose: order confirmation, delivery, payment guidance, customer support and legal recordkeeping.
• Order information is accessible only to the store operator and is retained only as required for service and applicable Korean law.

Website terms

Product names, sizes, prices and availability are shown on each listing. Prices are for one piece or one retail unit unless clearly stated otherwise. An order is accepted when checkout succeeds and an order number is issued.

Payment is currently by bank transfer. Use your customer name or order number as the transfer reference. We may correct catalogue errors or contact you if an exceptional fulfilment problem occurs; mandatory consumer rights under Korean law are not excluded.
